I completed an offer, but I didn't get the free points.

After you have completed an offer and returned to the Tappytoon Free Points page, you will receive a verification message. You can also find a record of points being awarded in your Transaction History. 

Unfortunately, as our partner service manages the offer wall, Tappytoon is unable to verify completion or errors. If you happen to have an issue, please try contacting our partner, Tapjoy. 

How to contact Tapjoy:
1. Open Tappytoon app
2. Click More > Free Points > Complete Offers > Icon in the top left corner > Reward Status
3. Click on the offer you participated in
4. Click "Request Support"
