My purchase won't go through.

We're sorry to hear you have experienced some difficulties while trying to purchase. 

As the issue may be caused by different things related to your device, you may wish to try the following to troubleshoot.

1. Log out of the Tappytoon app completely and then log in again.
2. Check if you're logged into your Apple Account/Google Play account, and retry. 
3. A more recent version of the operating system or of the App Store/Google Play Store on your device may require you to update and Agree to the changes before allowing further activity or purchases. Be sure to keep your device and your Apple Account/Google Play Store app up to date. 
4. The Tappytoon app has an age rating of 17+ and may require you to update your age details in the App Store/Google Play Store or in account settings.
5. Check the payment methods of your iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store account (a credit card or payment method problem might be the cause)
6. Update to the latest version of the Tappytoon app and log into your Tappytoon account again.
7. Check your device’s Time/Timezone and Date settings (Settings > General> Date & Time) are set to “set automatically” (not "set manually")
