We're sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order. This can happen for a number of reasons that are out of Tappytoon's control. However, our Customer Support Team can help to find the best solution. 

Please do not reattempt to purchase any point bundles or cancel your purchases as this can complicate the issue. Instead, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide the following information: 
1. Any email addresses you may have used to sign up 
2. Tappytoon Nickname (please set one up if you haven't already) 
3. Method you used to purchase (Google Play, Apple, or Paypal) 
4. Screenshots of receipts or other proof of purchase with the order id or transaction id number clearly displayed (NOT your bank statement)
