How do I report an error?

Performance issues include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Crashes
  • Images failing to load
  • Pages failing to load

If you are experiencing any of the above, please try the following: 

1. Clear app cache

  • iOS: Uninstall and reinstall the app to clear your app cache
  • AOS: Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

2. Check your network connection

  • Tappytoon pages may not open or start properly if your network connection is unstable. Contact your network service provider if you are unable to connect to your network.

3. Delete and reinstall the app

  • If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, we recommend that you reinstall the app. If you continue to experience the same error after reinstalling, please get in touch with our Community Support Team so that we can investigate the issue further.
