You can log in to a maximum of 5 devices. Unfortunately, uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times will also result in the device limit being reached.
If you try to log in on a 6th device or otherwise reach this limit with your Tappytoon account, you will see an error message leading you to our website, with instructions on how to proceed.
To reset your list of connected devices so that you can log in on a new device, visit Manage Devices on the web and click "Reset Devices". Please note, this is only permitted every 3 months.
