Our email logins are case-sensitive. Make sure you are inputting the correct, case-sensitive email address that you used to register.
Alternatively, you may have created an account using social media log-in (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Apple, etc), instead of Email + Password login. Try logging in again using the original sign-up method.
If you continue to experience problems, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team so that we can investigate the issue further.
Social media log-in is separate from Email + Password log-in and does not cross over! If you use a different method, you will create a new, blank account that does not have any of your previous activity.
