It sounds like you may have created a new, blank account with us. If you are unable to access your original account, or you need your accounts merged, please contact our Customer Support Team 

Be sure to provide the following information:
1. Any email addresses you may have used to sign up
2. Tappytoon Nickname (please set one up if you haven't already)
3. Method you usually use to log in (Email, Facebook, Twitter, Google)
4. Proof of purchases (if applicable, please provide a Google Play, Paypal, or Apple receipt. NOT your bank statement)

Once we have this information, we will investigate further and follow up with potential solutions.
