To avoid any errors caused by a lag in payment, subscription payment is charged up to 24 hours before the actual renewal. The points and perk renewal is both date and time-sensitive, so it will occur on the same date every month at the same time that you originally subscribed. Please don't be alarmed and check back within 24 hours to see your points reflected in your account.
If a billing or payment issue has occurred, this will prevent renewal, at which point the membership status may be put on hold, terminated, or canceled. After cancelation, you can resubscribe anytime and the membership, as well as automatic renewals, will resume accordingly. So, no need to worry about membership history being lost.
If you find that there are missing points or any other membership issues, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide the following information:
- Tappytoon nickname (please set one up if you haven’t)
- Tappytoon email address
- Operating System (Android or iOS)
- Dates of missing points
- Relevant screenshots that demonstrate points missing
