I was charged but I didn’t get my membership points.

To avoid any errors caused by a lag in payment, subscription payment is charged up to 24 hours before the actual renewal. 
Subscription renewal is both date and time-sensitive. If you have subscribed to the monthly membership, it will occur on the same date every month at the same time that you originally subscribed. If you have subscribed to the yearly membership, it will occur on the same date every year at the same time that you originally subscribed. Please don't be alarmed and check back within 24 hours to see your points reflected in your account.

If, after 24 hours, your points are still not reflected in your account, please reach out to our Customer Support Team to look into this for you.
