My points balance is missing!

If your balance seems to have vanished, don't panic! You may have created a new, blank account. 

Please reach out to our Customer Support Team with the following information:

1. Any email addresses you may have used to sign up 
2. Tappytoon Nickname (please set one up if you haven't already) 
3. Method you usually use to log in (Email, Facebook, Twitter, Google) 
4. Proof of purchases with the order id or transaction id number clearly displayed (if applicable. NOT your bank statement)

Once we have this information, we will investigate further and follow up with potential solutions.
